Crock pot beef and lentil stew


Gather together:

1-2 lbs of stew (cubed) beef
1 tbsp flour
Salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder to taste
2-3 cups lentils
4-5 carrots
1 medium onion, chopped
3-4 starchy potatoes (like Idaho or Russet)
2 cans (or four cups) beef broth
1-1.5 cups red wine
1-2 bay leaves
3 cloves garlic


Put your beef in the crock pot. Add flour and seasonings to kind of coat the beef pieces.

Add everything else, stirring to make sure all of the veggies and such are covered in liquid.
Turn on low and let cook for 12 hours (or high for 4 hours)
Yeah! We did it!
